AHA Instructor Renewal for Current Non-Expired VCMC AHA Instructors ONLY!!!
You must renew your card before it expires!!!
Check your instructor cards for the month of expiration/renewal. Per AHA you must renew BEFORE you expire, or you will be dropped automatically by AHA as an instructor from Atlas and subsequently the VCMC Training Center! Those who miss their renewal date/month need to contact Karen immediately @ karen.bateman@ventura.org If you wish to continue your instructor status, you will be required to complete additional course work, teaching dates and there will be additional fees to reinstate you with VCMC Training Center. Please note: options for this are limited.

| Additional information – FAQ’s:
1. One discipline will take 2-3 hours – multiple disciplines 3-4 hours 2. Must attend renewal in month due (March renewals can attend early, note that will reset your renewal month). 3. If you expire and wish to remain AHA Instructor with VCMC/AHA Training Center, contact Karen immediately karen.bateman@ventura.org – additional fees, course work and teach dates will be required. Options limited. 4. Instructors must bring their current 2020 Instructor course materials with them to the ‘skills session’ date. New materials will be available/required next year 2025-2026 with 2025 updates. 5. Bring ‘copy(s)’ of your pre-requisite course completion certs with you to class or email prior to your skills session to: karen.bateman@ventura.org |
